Chancabanita Tulum

Despite noise from upstairs guests, the beach chairs were fantastic, giving direct access to the fine Tulum coastline.

The room was well decorated and also had walk-in showers. It included a safe box and a sitting area, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Their staff were terrible.

The hotel's position was amazing and magnificent, near everything. King room was with a safe and a seating area.

Some of the staff were just terrible.

Make sure to explore the nearby bike rentals for easy beach access and local sightseeing during your stay.

Loved Tulum, the hotel was charming little to all the beach clubs next door. The rooms were good-sized and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location: the property was near fabulous restaurants and beach club and the sea. I tried some drinks at bar Ziggy's, located 10 minutes walk away. The restaurant was relatively close to the hotel...

Staying at chancabanita tulum bed & breakfast was a dream come true for our anniversary. The beachfront location was very nice, and the staff were really good, even providing beach towels before check-in. We loved how spacious our double room felt and appreciated the lovely little touches from the maids.

My kids wished there was a little beach bar to grab drinks easily.

The room featured a private porch and was just steps from the beach, nice for easy barefoot walks along the shore. Sunsets were amazing, and the common sitting area was a perfect spot for evening relaxation. While the cooler service at the office was helpful, finding the breakfast options somewhat limited could be improved. Cream cakes were a good bonus to the morning meals.

A chill beach escape

The huts here have a cool vibe, and the beach is just a few steps away. Breakfast was decent, especially the fresh fruits. Loved how we could chill by the outdoor dining area, drinking our coffee under the sun. Just wish the Wi-Fi was stronger. It was a bit spotty at times.

The beachfront access was a highlight, with comfy sunbeds available . Breakfast was straightforward yet enough, with coffee, tea, fruits, and bread, all prepared with a personal touch by the attentive staff. The room setup was quite basic, lacking some amenities, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent . Parking was also somewhat limited.

It was just a perfect match for a short stayover in Tulum with attractive and competitive value for money. Enjoyed sipping fresh coffee every morning while relaxing in the peaceful garden area. Arrive early if you have a car, as parking can be a bit tight.

The beachfront spot was perfect for lounging with sunbeds reserved for us. We loved checking out the nearby bike rentals and snorkeling tours. The little outside area with chairs was a nice touch for evening hangouts.

One downside was the room's basic setup, which lacked a mosquito net for the bathroom window.

Couples will love it here

They even catered to our request for coffee early one morning, delivering a full pot to our cabaña with two mugs. It was such a warm touch.

It wasn't the cheapest option around but considering everything, it was still worth it.

great location but needs some tweaks

The beachfront location was fine. I enjoyed relaxing on the comfortable sun beds while taking in the sea views. The breakfast offered fresh fruit and decent coffee, made mornings good. I also appreciated having the supermarket just a short walk away for convenient snack and drink options.
